'Material injury' suffered ITC votes in favor of duties on China car/LT tire imports

WASHINGTON-In a split vote-with three commissioners favoring and three opposing-the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has decided that the U.S. tire manufacturing industry is suffering material injury because of passenger and light truck imports from China.
