In HongKong, China’s Zizhu Iron & Steel is proceeding with negotiations at $400 CFR and is unlikely to be in a stance even to cutits prices below $400. Korea’s Hyundai Steel seems to have maintained levelling off of prices at $450 CFR since November.Meantime, Japanese products are reported to have revised higher prices.
