Chairman of JISF: Decisions to Implement AD Improper

The Japan Iron & Steel Federation (JISF) commented on 2nd in the name of Chairman Koji Kakigi on anannouncement to exercise antidumping (AD) measures against Japanese grain-oriented (GO) electrical steel sheets inthe official gazette on October 30, “It is improper and regrettable that although Japan has explained not to threaten an EUindustry, the European Commission determined for the EU industry to be materially injured by reason of imports of themfrom Japan and to implement AD measures.”
