Icon Energy (Icon), a coal-seam gas field developer/operator in Australia announced on June 30 that it agreed with Shantou SinoEnergy (Shantou) to extend deadline for the conditions precedent as stipulated in the gas sales and purchase agreement between the parties by one year to June 30, 2015.
