Mount Gibson Iron Limited, producing iron ore in Western Australia, announced its Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves Statement as at 30 June 2013 on three iron ore mines in the Mid West region or off the Kimberley coast -Koolan Island, Extension Hill, and Tallering Peak. Total group Proved and Probable Ore Reserves amounted to 45.2 million tonnes grading 62.1% Fe at 30 June 2013, down 0.5% Fe content but up 0.9 million tonnes of ore reserves, compared to 44.3 million tonnes grading 62.6% Fe at 30 June 2012.
