Japan's electric steelmakers and small bar manufacturers alike face a triple trouble that will last for a long time, which indicates the start of tough times for their operations, according to Chairman Katsutoshi Kurikawa of the Non-Integrated Steel Producers' Association (Fudenko). He is concurrently President of Godo Steel Ltd. He disclosed his perspective at the regular press conference he held Oct 7.
