The Government of Western Australia has agreed on Mar 2 to grant an extension of State Development Agreement (SDA) for The Oakajee Port and Rail (OPR) infrastructure project in Western Australia. Australian iron ore developer Murchison Metals Limited and its partner in the Oakajee project, Mitsubishi Development Pty Ltd (Mitsubishi) was requesting the extension following their announcement of revised project schedules for the Oakajee infrastructure project, and both companies announced the same day that they welcome the Government's decision.
