According to a survey by ISSF ( The International Stainless Steel Forum ), the world output of crude stainless steel in the first quarter ( January - March ) of 2010 came to 7,472,000 tons, which increased by 11.5% compared with that in the preceding quarter of October - December of 2009 and also had a considerable increase of 54.6% compared to that in the same quarter of 2009.
