Codelco of Chile produced 28,000 tons ( 61.7 million lbs. ) of molybdenum in molybdenum concentrate in the calendar year ( January - December ) of 2007 and its sales amounted to 1,800 million US dollars, having shared 14 percent of their whole revenue of 17,100 million US dollars in 2007.
