The actual reason for establishing here was part of a development which started many years ago with the push to export from Europe to overseas markets, and later on to develop joint ventures and to add value closer to local raw materials. This strategy is now starting to pay off and has resulted in a growing number of joint-venture trading and manufacturing partnerships that have enabled our company to obtain good quality raw materials such as cotton and wool competitively. The company is therefore looking to the future with growing optimism. This is largely due to its decision to base its operation outside Europe close to the raw material supply and nearer to its customer base."
