ONLINE training modules designed to help community pharmacists develop the leadership skills they need to thrive in the new NHS are being launched by the National Pharmacy Association. The leadership modules are part of a wider e-learning business skills package, which is due to be made available on the NPA website towards the end of June 2013. NPA director of pharmacy Deborah Evans said that development as a leader should be part of a pharmacist's ongoing continuing professional development (CPD).
