New chairman for Society's EPB

DAVID BRANFORD, chief pharmacist for Derbyshire Mental Health Trust, has been elected chairman of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's EngUsh Pharmacy Board, succeeding Shilpa Gohil. Ashok Soni, a community pharmacist, was re-elected vice-chairman. John Cromarty , the director of pharmacy for NHS Highland , was re-elected chairman of the Scottish Pharmacy Board. Since he was the only nominee, no election was undertaken. Anne Boyter, a lecturer at the school of pharmacy at the University of Strathclyde, was re-elected vice-chairman of the SPB.
