摘要

Emma Campbell, a pharmacist working at Boots, has told an inquest into the unexplained deaths of 19 residents at the Orchid View care home near Crawley that she had been sickened after visiting the site. The care home closed down in October 2011. After making a "pharmacist advice, visit" in 2011, which provides care homes with advice on the safer management of medicines, she had concerns for patients. The treatment room was filthy and chaotic and records indicated that one patient may have gone without medicines for four days, she told the West Sussex inquest.
