This bright orange publication does in fact serve as a guide itself, covering UK, European and US quality guidance documents and directives, including the "Orange guide". It is a practical guide aimed to aid the production of quality medicinal products (which are safe and fit for their intended use) and not, as the author states in his preface, a book about "how to survive an inspection".
