Our patient care role to be highlighted

A NUMBER of new health campaigns will see the important role of the pharmacist in patient care highlighted in all corners of Wales this year. The campaigns will communicate how pharmacists can help educate patients on health conditions and keeping healthy through raising awareness of signs and symptoms to look out for, as weE as providing individual and confidential advice about medicines and self care. These campaigns will build on the growing image of the local pharmacy as a place patients and the general public can go to for help, support and advice on a range of matters.
