Developing our profession — how to get young pharmacists to engage

IT WAS the time of year for band 6 recruitment. When our team got together to consider interview questions for this cohort, we decided we would ask candidates about the role of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, so included this in our interview schedule. If junior pharmacists were not members of the Society where were they receiving information on what was happening in the pharmacy world, wre wondered? How were they keeping up to date with the latest professional developments?
