IT IS only a few short months now until the mega event that is the Olympic and Paralympic Games rolls into London and other parts of the UK, bringing with it many thousands of competitors, officials, VIPs, press and others, not to mention thousands upon thousands of spectators. Fast forward to August this year and London may well be almost sinking under the weight of the new hotels, roads, restaurants, stadiums and all the other infrastructure created in the frenzy leading up to the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
