The NMS is not working

I feel very strongly that the new medicine service is a good idea in principle, but sadly unworkable in its present form. I would like to make the following points: 1.For those of us who have decided that the system is flawed, it does not seem fair that the implementation fee of ￡750 is only available until the end of March. It should be extended indefinitely for those who may wish to start the sendee at a later date. 2.To remove the 20 per cent band from April is not going to encourage those who have not started or those who are finding it difficult to manage the bands at present. If I have not been able to achieve the lower band of 20 per cent until now, how am I going to achieve (or feel motivated to have to complete) double the number from 1 April to receive any payment at all? The 20 per cent band should be maintained.
