Two-pharmacist model is needed if we are to deliver clinical services

I agree with the two-pharmacist model set out by the Pharmacists' Defence Association (PJ, 5 March 2011, p258). When I had my own pharmacy, I always employed a second pharmacist. This enabled me to keep my sanity during working hours, allowed me to have a walk around the surrounding area to get some fresh air and I was able to talk to my loyal customers about their health and medicines.
