Few people would disagree that medicines use reviews can make a difference to patient care and their response to their medicines.The trouble is, as correspondents continue to bemoan (p579), too often they are offered to patients who do not necessarily require or want one and they have to be done in a hurry and squeezed in between other commitments. So the process is often less than satisfactory.
