An Italian pharmacist who made, a number of dispensing errors while working at pharmacies in southern England has had his name removed from the Register by order of the Disciplinary Committee. At its meeting on 14 July 2009, the committee heard a complaint by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society that the conduct of Shafi Mojabi, of London, was sufficient to render him unfit to practise as a pharmacist.
