GPhC backs FtP adjudication reform

Separating healthcare regulators' adjudication function from their investigation and prosecution functions is a move strongly supported by the General Pharmaceutical Council. It has said this in its response to a Government consultation on options to take forward a proposed reform of health professions' fitness to practise processes.
