Pharmacists in Leeds have led the development of a bespoke Controlled Drugs register for use in hospital theatre areas. The book, now available from the NHS Supply Chain catalogue (order code WOP000), has been designed to provide a better paper trail for the destruction of CDs, to prevent their misappropriation and redirection.
