Making patients' experiences better

Community pharmacists work in a retail environment so many would say that they have patients' experiences of their services at the forefront of their minds. But can the same be said for hospital pharmacy departments? It could be argued that, with the advent of patient choice (and choose and book), this is an area on which hospitals will need to focus more of their attention.
