In December 2008 I approved the restructuring of the National Pharmacy Association to reflect the core elements of its remit,namely,the representation,support and protection of our members.The NPA's remit is now aligned to a matching structure through the creation of three directorates:"external affairs","membership services"and"insurance".NPA members rightly expect the organisation to deliver improved services and want these improvements to happen more rapidly.The NPA's restructure will give added impetus to our drive for excellence.
