Thank you to John Rees (PJ, 13 December 2008,p.691) and Steven Axon (PJ, 3/10 January 2009, p14) for putting so well the case for a more rational use of our post-nominal letters and title. Now is the time to remove confusion and get it right. Perhaps I can help by simplifying the issue as I see it.
