An action group of Royal Pharmaceutical Society members has requisitioned a special general meeting to discuss motions relating to the intended restriction of the title"pharmacist"to those registered with the new regulator,the General Pharmaceutical Council.We propose that the restricted title should be linked to membership,as a pharmacist,of the new professional body,not to registration with the GPhC.
