Direct access to emergency care summary records for Scotland

Giving community pharmacists direct access to patients' emergency care summary records is being considered in Scotland but there are no other plans to extend pharmacists' access to patient records. This was the response of Health Secretary Nicola Sturgeon to a Scottish Parliamentary Question last week.
