The issues raised in Tony Schpfield and Catherine Armstrong's Broad spectrum (PJ, 16 May 2009, p580) about unintended consequences arising from the responsible pharmacist regulations are an eye opener. Does the Royal Pharmaceutical Society have the answers to the questions raised in the article? If it does, it should clarify them as soon as possible so that we can get our heads straight.
