Draft constitution set out for new pharmacy regulator

A draft Order setting out the proposed constitution for the General Pharmaceutical Council, including the terms of office and criteria for disqualification, suspension or removal of members of the Council, has been put out for consultation by the Department of Health and the Scottish Government.
