Some pharmacists are shocked by the support the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee has given to dispensing doctors in opposing the proposed changes in the English pharmacy White Paper. This should come as no surprise at all. In fact, it is rather logical, in view of the current level of corporate ownership of community pharmacies in England.
