THE task force of the Commercial Standardization Of Instrument Testing Of Cotton (CSITC) is so satisfied with the results of the three round trials undertaken to date, that the strategy is now to encourage additional test centers all over the world tojoin this important initiative. We look to all readers - spinners, agents, merchants or growers; in fact any company or organization which possesses a high speed cotton classing line - to participate in this effort to standardize instrument testing, soas to bring confidence into the entire cotton system, and principally to confront our competition, man-made fibers, by classing our cotton with accurate and scientific data.
