I think a lot of pharmacists may have missed the point about medicines use reviews.I see an MUR as ensuring patient compliance with the medication prescribed by the doctor,both in taking the medicine correctly,and in repeated ordering of the medicine from the surgery.It also involves ensuring that patients have no side effects that perhaps have not been reported to the doctor and answering any queries concerning their medication.
