Library reduces cost of photocopying service

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society's library has reduced its photocopying service fees for members requesting journal articles or extracts from books.For the standard service,the flat rate for members was previously pound3 for every 10 or fewer pages.The rate has now dropped to pound1 for the first page and 25p for each page thereafter.The extra 75p on the first page is to cover the cost of processing,delivery and VAT.The change means that for an average request of three pages the cost has been halved from pound3 to pound1.50.A request for 13 pages would now cost pound4,compared with pound6 previously.The new rates apply to requests from members living overseas as well as those based in the UK.
