South Korean Steel Pipe Makers Aim to Export Earthquake-Resistant Steel Pipes to Japan Next Year

POSCO and three local steel pipe makers, namely, SeAH Steel, HUSTEEL and Hi Steel, jointly developed their earthquake-resistant steel pipes and obtained certification from the Japan's Ministry of Land and Transportation at the end of March and has secured some demand for the pipes as a result of their intensive marketing activities conducted to Japanese constructors this year.
