Regrettably, such criticisms are often more provocative than truthful.Albert Schweitzer was a musician, theologian, philosopher, physician, and medical missionary. His mission in Africa began in 1913, and his reputation rapidly gained momentum. By 1947, Life magazine declared him "The greatest man in the world". Within a couple of years he was on the cover of Time magazine.
