Statins and risk of incident diabetes.

摘要

In a meta-analysis of data from 13 controlled trials of statins,1 the risk of diabetes was slightly (9%) higher in statin users than in non-users. Although this finding has been acknowledged as clinically insignificant, additional comments are in order.
