Effectiveness of secondary prevention programmes in CHD.

摘要

The lack of improvement in modifiable behavioural risk factors described in the EUROASPIRE survey (March 14, p 929)~1 indicates an urgent need for more effective support for risk factor reduction in people with coronary heart disease (CHD). Yet, when suggesting solutions, the authors of the study~1 and of the accompanying Comment~2 do not make use of all of the current evidence.
