Sarah Staedke and colleagues (May 9, p I623) conclude that home management of malaria might not be appropriate for urban areas of Uganda with low malaria transmission because it led to substantial overtreatment and had little effect on clinical outcomes. However, what Staedke and colleagues tested in their study is not home management of malaria.
