摘要

We appreciate this study showing poor results (4 of 19 cases) of primary endo-scopic realignment after pelvic fracture associated urethral injuries and the suggestions regarding close followup after this procedure. However, the old issues regarding primary realignment- whether it should be attempted or not, and if yes, in which cases-remain unclear, without any suggestions from the authors.
