World ex-China production to rise 2.1% in Q2 2013

To-date, there has been little sign of any cutbacks outside of China. Our cost analysis indicates that prices would need to move below $14,000/t level for producers to contemplate any curtailments. We forecast World ex-China nickel production to rise by 2.1% in Q2 (after disruption allowance).
