The density measurement of high temperature and highpressure (HTHP) liquid is a subject of intense activities for along time. Among them, argon is one of which has beenwidely studied." Brillouin scattering is a convenientmethod to obtain accurate acoustic velocity of materials andthe velocity has inseparable relations with its density undervarious conditions.
