摘要

Nine fungicides (Bavistin [carbendazim], benomyl, Blitox-50 [copper oxychloride], captan, Indofil M-45 [mancozeb+thiophanate-methyl], Indofil Z0-78 [zineb], metalaxyl, Daconil [chlorothalonil] and Topsin-M [thiophanate-methyl]) were screened in the laboratory. Of them, benomyl, metalaxyl, Bavistin and Topsin-M completely inhibited the growth of Myrothecium leaf spot of grapevine (Myrothecium roridum). These effective fungicides were used in field experiments in Uttar Pradesh, India, during 2004-05 as sprays and it was observed that Bavistin, benomyl and metalaxyl were effective in controlling the disease.
