Danfoss solutions for textile industry save 20-35% energy

The Indian textile industry is conspicuous by its lowest efficiency in energy utilisation and is one of the major energy consuming industries. About 34 per cent of energy is consumed in spinning, 23 per cent in weaving, 38 per cent in chemical processing and another 5 per cent for miscellaneous purposes. Buoyed by both strong domestic consumption as well as export demand, the Indian textile industry is set for strong growth and its need for energy will only continue to increase.
