In this modern era of textiles, every day new fibre developments are happening to meet the aesthetic and functional requirements of fabrics. In fact fibre engineering is growing at a faster rate to meet these challenges globally. But, the bottleneck is the pilot scale production of new samples with the fibres that are engineered and produced since production of yarn and fabrics on regular machines require large quantities of fibres for production, which is not a viable solution.
