CIS - CIS producers succeed in pushing export prices up

CIS steel sheet export prices finally bottomed out in July, breaking the downward trend, which persisted since March. Though prices in July varied depending on the destination ranging from $505/t to $550/t for HR coil, the average rise in prices was just around $15/t m/m. As a result, our August assessments moved up to $530/t and $610/t for HR coil and CR coil respectively.
