Herein, we demonstrate the versatility of the pipecolic linker for the structural diversification of secondary amines with potential CNS activity. The solid-phase methods elaborated involved Nl-indole sulfony-lation, nitroindole and nitroarene reduction, and microwave-assisted Buchwald-Hartwig N-arylation.
