Synthesis of 1,3-disubstituted benzo[c]thiophene analogs containing benzo[b]thiophene/benzo[b]pyrrole

摘要

The synthesis of 1,3-disubstituted benzo[c]thiophene analogs incorporating benzo[b]thiophene/benzo[b]pyrrole units is described.The realization of durable thin layer electro-optical devices employing organic semiconductors has resulted in the design and development of different types of organic materials for application in organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs),organic solar cells(OSC)and organic field-effect transistors(OFETs).
