摘要

alpha-Amino(2-alkynylphenyl)methylphosphonate,which was generated from 2-alkynyl benzaldehyde,amine,and diethyl phosphate,reacted with aryl iodide at room temperature in the presence of catalytic amount of Pd2(dba)3 and DABCO in acetone,leading to the desired isoindol-1-ylphosphonate derivatives in good to excellent yields.
