Novel synthesis of medium-sized oxa-heterocycles by palladium-catalyzed intramolecular Heck reaction

摘要

An efficient and high yielding method for the synthesis of eight-membered heterocyclic skeletons has been developed via palladium-catalyzed intramolecular Heck reaction.Over the past decade,palladium-catalyzed cyclization processes have proven to be an extremely powerful and useful tool for the construction of carbon-carbon,as well as carbon-heteroatom bonds.
